Job Description
We are looking for a female caregiver to support a 70-year-old male client diagnosed with dementia. The position is available as a part-time (2:00 PM to 9:00 PM) or full-time (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) role, Monday to Friday. The caregiver must be compassionate, patient, and capable of handling dementia-related care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities – bathing, dressing, grooming
- Provide medication reminders
- Help with feeding and ensuring nutritional needs
- Take the client for short walks
- Handle the client with gentle care and patience
- Offer emotional support and companionship
Skill & Experience
- Experience in dementia or elderly care
- Empathy, patience, and understanding
- Ability to provide physical assistance with personal care
- Strong communication and gentle interpersonal skills
- Organized and attentive to medication schedules and routines
