Job Description
We are looking for a female live-in nanny to care for the client’s 7-year-old son. The nanny will be required to work Monday to Friday and will be provided with a separate room and common toilet. The primary responsibilities include dropping off and picking up the child from the bus stop, which is a walkable distance from the client’s house. Additionally, the nanny will be expected to assist with general house cleaning duties. This is a live-in position, where the nanny will also be responsible for ensuring the child’s well-being and safety during the time they are under care.
Key Responsibilities
- Drop and pick up the 7-year-old son from the bus stop (walkable distance)
- Provide general supervision and care for the child, ensuring his safety and well-being
- Engage in light activities with the child as needed (e.g., assisting with homework or playtime)
- Perform general house cleaning duties, including cleaning the common areas and organizing household spaces
- Ensure the child’s hygiene, including assisting with personal care routines
- Monitor the child’s health and report any concerns to the parents immediately
- Help with other household tasks as needed, such as organizing or tidying up
Skill & Experience
- Prior experience in childcare, especially with school-age children
- Ability to manage both child care and light housekeeping duties
- Knowledge of basic child safety and well-being
- Strong communication skills to interact with both the child and the parents
- Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility in carrying out daily duties
- Must be female
