Refund and Returns Policy

Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 25% cancellation charge to compensate the professional’s time and availability.

Refund Policy

  • If a service is cancelled by VystraNexus or the assigned staff is unable to fulfill the booking, clients are entitled to a 100% refund or rescheduling of the service at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

No Show Policy

  • If a client is unavailable at the scheduled time and fails to inform at least 2 hours in advance, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

  • If you’re dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact our support team within 24 hours of completion. We will investigate and offer a partial or full refund based on the situation.
