Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced female caregiver to assist an immobile elderly patient. This role includes 4 day shifts and 3 night shifts per week, with exact days and timings to be shared during the interview. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, a valid HHA certificate, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with feeding and mealtime supervision
- Support mobility, including transfers and repositioning
- Offer companionship and social interaction to promote mental wellness
- Encourage participation in recreational and stimulating activities
- Monitor overall health and report any concerns to the family or medical team
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience with immobile elderly patients
- Current and valid HHA (Home Health Aide) certificate
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and physically fit to handle mobility support tasks
