Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Female Staff Member to provide full-time care for a client’s newborn baby. The position will begin at the end of October 2024, working Monday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of newborn care, including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and sleep routines, as well as assisting with light household tasks like dish cleaning. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, responsible, and experienced in infant care.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the baby’s safety as the highest priority, ensuring the baby is never left unattended.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks (tidying up common areas, maintaining the baby’s space).
- Laundry duties related to the baby, such as washing baby clothes and bedding.
- Feed the newborn according to the established feeding schedule.
- Change diapers and assist with any necessary pamper changes.
- Bath the newborn, ensuring gentle care and proper hygiene.
- Put the newborn to sleep, creating a peaceful and safe sleep environment.
Skill & Experience
- Previous experience in newborn care, such as a nanny, babysitter, or other childcare role, is required.
- Experience with basic household chores, including dish cleaning and laundry, is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of infant care, including safe sleeping practices, feeding techniques, and hygiene.
- Ability to multitask between baby care and light household responsibilities.
- Patience and the ability to respond calmly to the baby’s needs.
- Compassionate, caring, and patient.
- Responsible and reliable, ensuring the baby’s well-being at all times.
