Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Female Staff Member to care for a 7-month-old baby, working Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the baby’s overall care, including feeding, sleeping routines, and engaging in developmental activities. Light house chores will also be part of the role. This position requires someone who is nurturing, attentive, and capable of managing the daily responsibilities of caring for an infant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feed the baby according to the established feeding schedule.
  • Ensure the baby’s hygiene and well-being, including diaper changes, bathing, and dressing.
  • Put the baby to sleep, ensuring a calming environment for naps and bedtime.
  • Monitor the baby’s growth and developmental milestones, ensuring proper physical and emotional care.
  • Assist with basic household tasks, including tidying up, doing the dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the baby’s area.
  • Laundry duties related to the baby (e.g., washing baby clothes, blankets, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment for the baby.
  • Always monitor the baby’s safety, ensuring they are in a secure and safe environment.
  • Follow the parents’ instructions regarding any special care or medical needs for the baby.

Skill & Experience

  • Prior experience in infant care, particularly with babies aged 6 months to 1 year, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with light housework or household duties is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of infant care, including feeding, sleeping routines, and hygiene.
  • Ability to multitask between baby care and light household chores.
  • Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn to prepare age-appropriate meals for the baby.
  • Caring, patient, and responsible.
  • Good at following instructions and maintaining consistency in routines.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining attentive to the needs of the baby.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
